A

Adapter: Various adapters are available at the reception.

Airport: The distance to Airport Nuremberg (NUE) is about 55 km.

Allergies: Kindly contact our housekeeping or reception.

Arrival: Your room will be ready for occupancy at 03.00 p.m.

B

Baby cot: Please ask our reception desk.

Babysitter: To arrange a babysitter or nanny please contact our reception.

Banks: The bank “Sparkasse” is next to the hotel.

Bar: Our ARVENA Bar is open from 10.00 a.m. until 01.00 a.m.

Bathrobe: Our housekeeping will gladly bring a bathrobe to your room.

Bike rental: Bicycles for your excursions can be organized from the reception (chargeable).

Blanket: If you would like to have an extra blanket, please contact our reception desk.
Our housekeeping will bring another one to your room.

Breakfast: Monday until Sunday from 06.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. in our Garden Restaurant.

Car rental: Our reception would be pleased to make an arrangement for a rental car.

Charger: Various chargers are available at the reception.

Charging station: Charging stations for electric vehicles are at the car park of Fraenkisches Freilandmuseum,
Frankentherme, Klosterplatz or at the car dealership “Gurrath”.

Churches: Our reception team will give you the church service times and explain the way to the churches.

City map: You will get one at our reception desk free of charge.

Cleaning: Please contact our reception or housekeeping for cleaning your laundry (chargeable).
If you hand over your laundry until 09.00 a.m., you will receive it back the same evening.
Dry cleaning is only available on working days. You will get your clothes back the next days.

Complaint: We kindly request you to contact our reception (tel. 403) immediately
if there is something that does not meet your expectations.

Copy: You can purchase copies at our reception.
Ten meeting rooms offer space for up to 350 guests.

Conference & banqueting: Our conference team will gladly show you our conference rooms.

Credit cards: The following cards are accepted by the hotel: American Express, Visa, Diners Club,
EC-Card, JCB, MasterCard

Curreny exchange: Please contact our reception for currency exchange.

Departure: We kindly ask you to leave your room until 12 noon.
If you plan to check out later, please let us know the day before.

Dinner: Our Restaurant “Old School” is open for dinner from 06.00 p.m. until 10.00 p.m.

“Do not disturb”: If you do not want to get disturbed,
please put the red side of the “do not disturb”-sign outside of your door. If you do not want to get
telephone calls, please inform our reception team.

Doctor: Please contact our reception if you need a doctor or dentist.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome in our hotel (chargeable), but not allowed in the breakfast room.

Emergency: In emergency case, please contact our reception (telephone 403).
The emergency exits are at the end of each floor or at the main stairways.
Please follow the signs. In case of fire, do not use any elevators!

Fire extinguisher: You will find them next to the stairway entrance on each floor.

Fitness centre: The fitness centre “La vita” is located at the auxiliary building.
Day pass: 5.00 Euro (valid 2017).

Flight Information: Our reception will be pleased to assist you with all bookings,
changes and confirmations.

Flowers: Flowers may be ordered at the reception.

Gift certificate: Every package is available as a gift certificate –
the perfect gift for your friends and relatives. Please ask our reception for further details.

Golf course: Golfclub Reichsstadt-Bad Windsheim, distance app. 2km
18-hole course and 6-hole training course. Our reception team will be pleased to make your reservation.

Hairdresser: Please contact our reception if you need a hairdresser.

Hiking: Please contact our reception team.

Hotelreservation: Please refer to our reception. We will gladly reserve a room in one of
our Arvena Hotels in Nuremberg, Bayreuth, Bad Windsheim and Rothenburg ob der Tauber.

Housekeeping: Please call our reception (tel. 403).

Hygiene: In case you forgot something at home, you can get some sanitary articles like toothbrushes
or shavers at our reception.

Information: Our reception team will be pleased to help you.

Internet: Our free PC is located in the hotel lobby. There is also wireless access to the internet in the entire hotel.
Access codes are available at the reception free of charge (200 Megabyte data transfer – if you need more,
a higher access can be purchased). In case of problems our support will gladly help you
(Monday – Friday from 09:00 a.m. until 06:00 p.m.).

Iron / Ironing board: Both are available at the reception.

Ironing service: You can get your clothes ironed within one hour on request (chargeable).
Please contact our reception desk.

Linen: We can change your bedding and towels daily upon your demand.

Lost property: If you lost or found something, please contact our reception.

Luggage service: If you need assistance with your luggage, please do not hesitate to contact our reception.

Luggage storage: You can leave your luggage in our luggage compartment.

Lunch: Our Restaurant “Old School” is open for lunch from 12.00 noon until 02.00 p.m.

Massages: Massages can be booked via our reception (external service provider).

Messages: Can be collected at reception or will be delivered to your room.

Minibar: 
Main building :
There is a minibar with beverages and snacks in every room.
Please state your consumption when checking out.
Auxiliary building:
Mineral water in every room (chargeable).
Beverages can be ordered from 09.00 a.m. until 01.00 a.m.

Newspaper: Newspapers and journals are available at the “Garden Restaurant”.

Night entrance: The night entrance is in the main building next to the garage door. Please use your key card.

Night porter: If you need assistance during the night, please do not hesitate to contact our reception team (tel. 403).

Pharmacy: A pharmacy is located at the Market Square.

Pillows: You can choose between several pillows.
Our housekeeping will be pleased to bring you the right one.

Post: You can buy stamps and postcards at the reception desk.

Radio: By the use of your TV set you can receive 26 radio stations.

Railroad connections: The reception would be pleased to provide information about train connections.

Reception: You can reach us 24 hours by dialling 403.
The reception is personally staffed from 07.00 a.m. until 01.00 a.m.

Restaurant: 
Lunch from 12.00 noon until 02.00 p.m.
Dinner from 06.00 p.m. until 10.00 p.m.
Room service is available at the following times:

Safe: You will find a safe deposit box in your wardrobe, the description form is on the safe door.
If you would like to lock your valuables into the main safe, please contact our reception.

Scanner: You can get your documents scanned at our reception (chargeable).

Sewing service: You will find a sewing kit in your wardrobe. Our housekeeping could do sewing work
for you (chargeable).

Shopping facilities: Our reception will show you the best places for shopping.

Shoe cleaning service: You can find shoe cleaning machines in the main building next to the night door
and in the auxiliary building near room 280.

Shuttle service: Please contact our reception team. They will advise you.

Slippers: Our housekeeping will bring some to your room.

Souvenirs: Souvenirs can be purchased at the reception.

Stool: If you need a stool in the bathroom, please contact the reception desk.

Table reservation: Our reception will book you a table in our restaurants. Dial 403.

Taxi: The reception will organize a taxi or limousine service for you.

Telefax: Your facsimiles can be sent (chargeable) and received by our reception.
